Taste of Alpharetta Expected to Bring Massive Crowds, Road Closures & Traffic Delays Tonight

Thousands of people are expected to flood downtown Alpharetta tonight as the city’s popular Taste of Alpharetta festival returns for another massive evening of food, music, and family fun. 🎶✨

The annual event runs from:
🕔 5 PM – 10 PM

Festivalgoers will be able to enjoy:
🍔 Food from 60+ local restaurants
🎤 Live music performances
🏆 Competitions & entertainment
👨‍👩‍👧 Family-friendly activities throughout downtown

But city officials are warning drivers to prepare for major traffic impacts and road closures across the area. 🚗⚠️

🚫 Roads impacted include:
• Milton Avenue
• Old Roswell Street
• Old Canton Street
• Commerce Street
• Market Street
• North & South Broad Streets
• Parts of Highway 9

🚓 Some closures are expected to remain in place until early Friday morning.

Officials also say on-street parking restrictions are in effect, and vehicles left in closed areas could be ticketed or towed. 🅿️
