10 Tornadoes Confirmed Across Georgia After Severe Storms Sweep State

#wqeb973newz | Atlanta,GA-🌪️ Georgia weather officials have confirmed 10 tornadoes touched down across the state as severe storms moved through last week.

According to Severe Weather Team 2 Chief Meteorologist Brad Nitz, the tornadoes—rated EF-0 and EF-1—formed Thursday night as warnings were issued for parts of Meriwether, Putnam and Upson counties.

💨 Peak winds reached 95 mph, but officials say there were no deaths or injuries linked to the storms.
