Chris Brown is addressing criticism following the opening night of his and Usher’s R&B Tour at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta.

According to reports, Thursday’s (Nov. 5) concert started more than two hours late, with both singers performing separate sets that were reportedly cut short due to the stadium’s midnight curfew.

Brown appeared to respond to the criticism on Instagram Stories, writing, “Internet [cap], don’t fall for it.”

Meanwhile, Usher fueled speculation about possible tension between the two after reportedly telling the crowd, “Welcome to my show,” when he took the stage.

The duo still has four more Atlanta performances scheduled as fans continue to speculate about their relationship and the tour’s rocky opening night.
