Atlanta Police Arrest D’Angelo Broughton and Andrekco Henderson in 2022 Georgia State Student Homicide

#wqeb973newz | Atlanta,GA-🚨 Arrests made in deadly 2022 shooting near Georgia State University.

More than three years after Georgia State student Joshua Igbinijesu was fatally shot at a gas station near campus, Atlanta police have arrested D’Angelo Broughton, 26, and Andrekco Henderson, 27. Both are charged with murder.

Investigators previously said the shooting was targeted, though a motive has not been released. The two suspects are currently being held in the Fulton County Jail.

The arrest marks a major development in a case that has left Joshua’s family seeking justice since December 2022.
