Decatur officials held the final public meeting this week to discuss the Stone Mountain Trail master plan. The 19-mile path stretches from Centennial Olympic Park in Atlanta to Stone Mountain Village, and leaders want to transform it into a hub for affordable housing, community spaces, and economic growth — similar to the Atlanta Beltline.

The project is being supported by a grant from the Atlanta Regional Commission, and planning will continue through the end of the month. 📅
