In the interview, Bryan revealed how a solo motorcycle trip across the country forced him to reflect on his drinking habits. After weeks of traveling, he found himself sitting outside a truck stop near Seattle, questioning why he was drinking and why he felt emptier despite all the experiences he had along the way.

“Why am I drinking right now? What am I celebrating?” Bryan recalled asking himself — a moment that pushed him to take a closer look at his life. 💭

Since quitting alcohol, the singer says he feels happier, more energized and creatively inspired, adding that he enjoys writing music again.
