Sara Landry Sues Former Managers Over Alleged Unauthorized Use Of Her Name And Brand
#WQEB973Newz | NEW YORK CITY, NY- Techno DJ Sara Landry is suing her former management company, The Night Department, over allegations that the company continued using her name and trademarks after their professional relationship ended. ⚖️🎧
Landry filed the lawsuit Tuesday in Manhattan federal court, claiming former managers Matthew Verovkins and Harry Glaisher continued to present themselves as representatives of her and Hekate Records without authorization.
The lawsuit also alleges that the former managers attempted to gain ownership of 50% of Landry’s music and 50% of Hekate Records. The Night Department has denied similar allegations in a separate U.K. lawsuit, which remains pending.
Landry previously fired TND in 2025 and later signed with The Circuit Group. Her latest lawsuit seeks profits allegedly connected to the unauthorized use of her trademarks.
