CAFE CITY: How it all works…
My name is Queen Brown de Thiam, founder of QEB FOUNDATION, home of WQEB 97.3 Radio Cafe. We are a 501c3 non-profit organization based in ATL. We already own 4 acres in Dry Branch GA. The land project we are advertising is in Dublin GA. Two hours southeast of ATL and northwest of Savannah. We are putting our money together with like-minded ppl to acquire 2,000 acres.
50% of the land is residential and will be divided into 1 acre homesteads, so you can own an individual title.
50% of the land is commercial and will include a marketplace, farmland, camping and hunting grounds owned by all the members to create generational wealth from tourism.
To get started you need a member key for $350. The land key is $1000. Total is $1350 for next 24HRS. You cannot get land within our project without a member key. The member key gives you a return on the investment, access to financial literacy, and voting power in the organization. Voting power like bringing the project to your state. Taxes are not required until you have your title. We can help you with that and construction through the non-profit after closing. Our projected closing is JAN 2026.

CAFE CIERRA
CAFE CIERRA is 4 ACRES owned by FABRIQ, LLC, a subsidiary of QEB FOUNDATION in Dry Branch, GA. The development will be divided into three 1.33A to issue the first member homestead, green space, and barndominium owned by the collective.

CAFE ROYAL MAISON is a rebranded hotel resort that will not only provide the best accommodations for visitors and locals to explore Atlanta, but mobile spa services that include life coaching and spiritual counseling. Guests can check-in using our WQEB 97.3 App, where they can browse content from financial literacy to arts & entertainment. And for those guests who prefer an offline experience, they can be shuttled to CAFE CIERRA or CAFE CHALET our future 2,000 acres of private farmland to enjoy camping, hunting, fishing, and so much more! The best part is that 60% of our workforce will be dedicated to transitioning the homeless and other disadvantaged families. Our goal is to be the greatest destination to transform your life!
