Families Seek Justice as Apalachee High School Shooting Case Moves Forward

#wqeb973newz | Winder,GA-⚖️ Families impacted by the Apalachee High School shooting say they are still searching for justice and answers as the legal process continues. After a jury found the suspect’s father guilty, families say the verdict brings some relief — but the case is far from over.

The suspected shooter, Colt Gray, is still awaiting trial, while his father, Colin Gray, is now waiting to learn his sentence. Attorneys representing victims’ families say survivors are also exploring possible civil lawsuits against the Barrow County School System and other agencies, arguing there may have been missed warning signs before the tragedy.

Loved ones say they hope the case will lead to accountability and changes that could prevent future school violence. 🕊️⚖️ #Georgia #Apalachee #SchoolSafety #BreakingNews
