According to 11Alive, highs could reach 72° on Christmas Eve and 74° on Christmas Day, putting both days within one degree of record highs 📈🌡️. The warmth is being driven by a strong dome of high pressure locking in heat across much of the Southeast 🔥🗺️.

Christmas morning will start mild with temps in the 50s, along with patchy fog 🌫️, before climbing into the upper 60s by lunchtime and peaking in the 70s by late afternoon — perfect weather for outdoor plans before or after holiday meals 🥗🍗🌞.
