Georgia Officials Flag 27,000 Voters for Possible Removal

#wqeb973newz | Atlanta, GA -📩 More than 27,000 Georgians will soon receive letters warning they could be removed from the state’s voter rolls if they don’t respond.

Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger says the move is part of the state’s voter list cleanup, which has already led to the cancellation of hundreds of thousands of inactive registrations.

The latest phase targets people who may have moved out of Georgia or are registered in more than one state. Voters will have 40 days to respond before they risk being marked inactive or removed.

Officials say this process ensures voter integrity and accurate records, while critics argue it could wrongfully disenfranchise voters.

⚖️ The debate continues — is this list maintenance or voter suppression?
