EVENT TYPE: Cause Photography
EVENT DESCRIPTION:Get 10 highschool students and/or adults to pose for WQEB 97.3 at CAFE CITY MUSIC RODEO (SEP 1 – SEP 14):
- Distribute flyer(s) to social networks, email database, and phone contacts by SEP 1
- Donate $10 for press badge by SEP 5
- Invite People to Donate $10 for festival wristband – all access for rec ctr and amphitheater
- Make a Sign on large posterboard: “Help build CAFE CITY for the HOMELESS”
- Take pics of your Volunteers and 10 people from the crowd with SIGN on SEP 13 & 14
- Check-in for Volunteer Shift by 8A or 2P on SEP 13 and 12P on SEP 14
Submit name and phone for your 10 volunteers on the Donor Record due SEP 5 or the website. All volunteer donations go through our website WQEB973.TV or delivered to the radio cafe before SEP 5 (address above).

EVENT COMMUNITY IMPACT: Connect Queen, the founder with potential donors. Proceeds help feed and clothe the homeless in the street and shelters during the cold season OCT-DEC.

Event Day: 6 Hours
