EVENT TYPE: Fundraiser, Food & Clothing Drive
EVENT DESCRIPTION: Get 10 highschool students and/or adults to volunteer with the CAFE CITY MUSIC RODEO (AUG 25 – SEP 13):
- Distribute flyer(s) to social networks, email database, and phone contacts by SEP 1
- Donate $10 for press badge or fest pass by SEP 5
- Collect can goods, water, snacks, and pasta by SEP 12
- Collect gently used blankets and clothes: coats, hoodies, suits, evening wear by SEP 12
- Check-in for Volunteer Shift by 8A or 2P on SEP 13
Submit name and phone for your 10 volunteers on the Donor Record due SEP 1 or the website. All volunteer donations go through our website WQEB973.TV or delivered to the radio cafe before SEP 5 (address above). Public donations, food, and clothing must be delivered on SEP 13 at STARR PARK 10A-5P.
EVENT LOCATION: STARR PARK 803 Forest Parkway, Forest Park, GA 30297
EVENT COMMUNITY IMPACT: Proceeds help feed and clothe the homeless in the street and shelters during the cold season OCT-DEC.
