As a 10% water & sewer rate hike takes effect — the first of 10 yearly increases — DeKalb County & the Urban League of Greater Atlanta have launched the Water Rate Assistance Program (WRAP) to help low-income households.

📉 What It Does:
✅ Caps bills for eligible homes at 4.5% of annual income
✅ Helps offset costs as rates rise through 2035
✅ Managed by the Urban League

📋 Eligibility:

• DeKalb Co. water/sewer account holder
  
• Household income ≤ 60% of HUD’s 2025 limits for metro ATL
  
• Proof of income (W-2, 1099, tax return)
