👥 Residents say flooding is a recurring issue, but this time, it damaged a ceiling and left a woman in a wheelchair soaked after responders pushed her through the water.

“We wake up to this… the whole area just flooded,” said Sosa JaRico Hendrix, who was visiting family when it happened.
