Miami, Fla. – WQEB 97.3 gets up close and personal with aspiring rapper Janu.

Thank you so much for joining us! Can you tell us a story about what brought you to this specific career path?

I was introduced to music through a dance team, and chorus, before doing it pro.

Can you share the most interesting story that happened to you since you started doing this?

I Made hip hop weekly for NEED MONEY.

Which tips would you recommend to your colleagues in your industry to help them to thrive and not “burn out”?

Do not send money to strangers, stay positive minded, and keep writing. A good team creates a bigger resume.

None of us are able to achieve success without some help along the way. Is there a particular person who you are grateful towards who helped get you to where you are? Can you share a story?

Shay Stokes … my mentor & fellow rapper, visited me while in juvenile detention. I was a bit of a hot head. But his support inspired me to change the path I was on.

How have you used your success to bring goodness to the world?

Promoting other talents , free posts, and I plan on creating more shows in the future.

Do you have a favorite “Life Lesson Quote”? Can you share a story of how that was relevant to you in your life?

Do the right thing. And follow the Golden rule. Once I received a car and $100 when I really needed it. I believe it was the universe repaying me for all the good decisions I had made in life.
